What is the cost for aeration?

• Typically we start at pricing at $25 for front yards, and $40 for front and back and goes up depending on the size of your yard. Contact us, and we can give you a set price.

What payment methods does Thornton Lawn Aeration accept?

• Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Checks.

Can you go over the yard twice with the aerator? 

• Yes! Not a problem at all, depending on the size of the yard we may charge an extra fee. 

When is the best time for lawn aeration? 

• Typically most residents get lawn aeration done TWICE a year. One time in the Spring and another in the Fall. 

How soon can I book an appointment? 

• We have pretty open availability, check our schedule to see if you have a preferred time. 

Why is aeration beneficial for my yard? 

• Aeration reduces compaction, oxidizes the soil and allows the roots to take the appropriate nutrients and grow as vigorous as possible. With the help of a lawn aerator, the soil is perforated with small holes to allow air, water and other nutrients to reach deeper.

Is there anything I need to do prior to aeration?

• It defitnley allows the machine to penetrate deeper when a resident waters the night prior. Also, please ensure to mark sprinklers that are located in the middle of the yard. We stay roughly 8-10 inches away from the perimeter.
